The Brunswick is a complete urban regeneration environment that couples Bloomsbury’s historic squares, imposing buildings and cosmopolitan shopping areas with mixed-use high density, low-rise housing, shops and offices.

Previously a derelict Bloomsbury estate, the development has become an international benchmark for masterplanning, a thriving retail and leisure destination. Its size, combined with the flexible retail layout, provides an unrivalled metropolitan experience. The shopping centre allows you to shop, eat, catch a movie at the famous Renoir Cinema or visit one of several first-class bars.

An extensive range of features included a new Waitrose store, extended and re-configured units to provide 127,961 sq ft of shops and restaurants, new shop fronts throughout with new canopies for weather protection and shading, a central thoroughfare with new landscaping and outdoor café seating opportunities.
