Allied London has been optimistically reflecting on the five prestigious award nominations it has recently received. These showcase the company’s abilities in a range of disciplines including commercial property development and digital design capability.

Allied London is particularly proud that No.1 Spinningfields has been shortlisted for the Commercial Development of the year at the Insider North West Property Awards 2018. With a modern elegant design coupled with state-of-the-art business and hospitality facilities, the building (located at Manchester’s most enviable address) represents some of the best office space in Manchester and marks the completion of the Spinningfields development journey. This landmark location was also responsible for enticing D&D London to open 20 Stories – their first restaurant in Manchester – offering an eminent dining destination with panoramic views of the city.

Allied London is passionate about creating inspiring spaces for us to work, live and interact while also remaining committed to thriving in the full chain of property development. The company has been shortlisted for the following awards:

-Herbal House, London is shortlisted for a Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) London 2018 award

-Chief Executive, Michael Ingall is shortlisted for the Irvine Sellar category in the 2018 Property Awards

Winning the above awards would be a welcome addition to our growing list of accolades, however, Allied London remains firmly focused on the future. The development of Enterprise City in St. John’s, Manchester’s newest city centre neighbourhood and the restoration of Manchester’s London Road Fire Station are underway and the company is excited about the opportunities these projects will provide for Manchester and beyond.
