Michael Ingall

Chief Executive

Featured in the Sunday Times Debretts top 500 most influential people, Allied London’s CEO Michael Ingall plays a fundamental role in the nation’s property market and in particular, city centre redevelopment.

Michael Ingall has over 30 years corporate and real estate development experience, and is one of the founders and principal owners of the new Allied London, taking the business private in 2000. With the help of a dedicated and experienced team, Michael has created one of the UK’s most successful private real estate companies.

Michael’s ability to blend vision with technical and financial skills has established Allied London as a leader and authority in the area of complex city centre redevelopment.

Michael is a qualified chartered surveyor and is a Fellow of Royal Institute of British Architects. He has over 60 industry awards and was given the accolade of Developer of the Decade in 2000 by Property Week.

Freddie Graham-Watson

Group Finance Director

Freddie Graham-Watson is an innovative and highly experienced finance expert with overall financial responsibility for the Allied London portfolio. Freddie brings extensive property industry experience in investment and development financings, interest rate hedging strategies and structuring property transactions, including, corporate partnerships, unit trusts and other joint ventures, both on and offshore. He joined Allied London in 1990 after working at KPMG and Development Securities (formerly known as Clayform Properties) and has been instrumental in driving the company forward to becoming the award-winning developer.

Freddie holds a law degree from Cambridge University, is a Member of the Institute of Taxation and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Suresh Gorasia

Chief Operating Officer

Suresh Gorasia has 18 years of experience in all aspects of property finance, financial management and real estate transactions and corporately leads all aspects of Allied London’s operational activities. Suresh has extensive knowledge of financial management and control with a particular focus on the property industry, using this experience to lead the overarching operational strategy and delivery for Allied London.

Suresh trained with KPMG and has worked for Manchester Airport Group as property finance director, during the acquisition of Stansted Airport and setup of the Airport City Joint Venture. He has held various responsibilities both with Allied London and numerous high profile organisations, which have included funding management and reporting, investment reviews, cost control and banking.

Suresh holds a first class honours degree in civil and structural engineering from the University of Manchester and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Grant Jarvie

Allied London Development Management

Managing Director

Grant Jarvie is a professional project manager and architectural technician. Grant is highly experienced in the management of construction projects throughout the UK across many sectors including commercial, retail, healthcare, education and residential, with specialisms in fast-track delivery and project recovery.

He has worked on a number of high-profile projects, such as the sensitive conservation of the Grade 1 Listed Britannia Panopticon Theatre in Glasgow and the take-over and renovation of Orpington Hospital for King’s College NHS Foundation Trust within an exceptionally demanding 14 week programme. He has also completed complex works packages with careful phasing and sequential handovers. He is accomplished in fast-track projects, including the design of a new three storey MRI facility and cardiac operating theatre from concept through procurement to construction commencement in just 11 weeks.

Grant has an undergraduate degree in architecture and history and is a Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM).

Jonathan Raine

Director of Corporate

Jonathan Raine is a director of Allied London and has responsibility for corporate affairs, strategic relationships and special projects across the group’s business in Manchester, Leeds and London. His work covers the whole of Allied London’s asset management and acquisition strategies, specialising in corporate analysis, transaction modelling and project management.

Jonathan has 14 years’ experience in corporate finance, UK and European property, and has previously held a number of roles within Tier 1 investment banks. He joined Allied London in 2009 from the RBS Real Estate Structured Finance team.

Jonathan holds a Master of Mathematics degree from the University of Warwick and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Graham Skinner

Development Director

Graham Skinner brings 30 years of experience to his role of development director at Allied London. Since qualifying at Gleeds in 1986 Graham has held various construction roles both nationally and internationally with some of the largest companies in the property industry.

Graham worked for the Executive of Westfield in Australia, responsible for feasibility and cost/value studies. Returning to the UK he joined Amec Developments running their complex and large scale strategic projects and drove the development of residential/mixed-use schemes within Manchester’s Northern Quarter as a Director of Ician.

Graham brings an exceptional mixed skillset within contracting, strategic planning and delivery of buildings, public realm and civil engineering coupled with the project management of large scale developments and relationships with partners, tenants and funds.

Graham holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Tim Gee

Leeds Dock Estate Director

Tim Gee has over 13 years of experience in the property industry having worked in both the UK and overseas sectors since 2005. He joined Allied London in 2014 as Development Manager for Leeds Dock and is now the Estate Director.  

After gaining his business degree at Liverpool Business School, Tim went on to achieve a master’s degree in real estate from Reading University. He is also a qualified chartered surveyor and member of RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors).

Tim began his professional career in 2005 as a senior surveyor at DTZ, it was in this role that he managed major client accounts such as Shell and RBS in both the UK and China. He went on to become head of investment for Bruce Gillingham Pollard where he was responsible for the company’s overarching development and investment strategy as well as its implementation and all transactional and advisory work.

At Allied London Tim is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Leeds Dock estate’s development and management. 

Chris Reay

Spinningfields Estate Director

Chris Reay is an invaluable member of the Allied London asset management team, driving forward all commercial leasing on Spinningfields. Chris leads the leasing, legal, marketing and estate management teams, as well as the overall operation and retail & leisure portfolio for the Spinningfields estate.

Chris’ career started in 2003 in office agency at GVA in Manchester. After graduating in property management and investment at The University of Salford, Chris joined Bruntwood as an Asset Manager, where he also became an accredited member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He went on to join niche office agency firm, Canning O’Neill, as an Associate Director and most recently worked as Senior Leasing Manager at the award-winning Birchwood Park estate for MEPC.

Bringing a wide ranging property skill-set, a proven track record in leasing, and a strategic vision with comprehensive knowledge of the Manchester property market, Chris is established as a well-recognised figure in the Spinningfields business community and Manchester’s property market.

James Sidlow

Residential Director

James Sidlow leads the residential elements of the St. John’s masterplan, including both for-sale and private rented community products.

Prior to joining Allied London, James was an Assistant Director at Deloitte LLP where he provided investment and development advice to a range of clients including developers, private equity houses, international funds, high street banks and central government. He has experience in advising on a range of property types, including development sites, airports, city centre offices and residential premises.

His experience stretches cross border, having worked across Europe, the Far East and the Middle East. James is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer.
