Our vision is to create London Road into a showcase place of heritage, a destination, an experience. We’re bringing this landmark building back to life with a new masterplan that will begin with the re-invigoration of the structure’s impressive architecture.

London Road Fire Station is a grade II-listed building which has been closed since the mid-1980s. It’s positioned at the gateway to Manchester, opposite Piccadilly Station, so it’s the first and the last building seen when you arrive or depart by train. It is simply one of the most significant projects in Manchester.

We’re at the beginning of a journey for London Road, it has huge potential to again become one the most iconic places in the city. We’re very proud and privileged to have acquired the site.
