A workspace icon in London, Herbal House is a prime site located in both the creative and cultural hubs of Farringdon and of Clerkenwell. We are creating a place that reflects leading research, trends and innovative ideas in the working environment.

Boasting an astonishing past, Herbal House was the Daily Mirror’s printing works HQ,studios for seminal British photographers, the backdrop for iconic music videos, and home to the London School of Printing and Central Saint Martins.

The vision is to comprehensively celebrate this building’s industrial past, with exposed brickwork, Crittall windows and remnants of the former printing works. This is juxtaposed with new, state of the art flexible workspace and top floor residential apartments, resulting in an environment that is both creative and contemporary.
