1 Hardman Street leverages the external materials as key design features to maximise its visual impact, to convey a distinctive identity and to optimise the potential of the site. The external design consists of a checkerboard layout of black cladding panels and large windows, and laser cut white aluminium panels. Openings in the external screen create a pattern which animates the façade as well as providing shading and screening to occupants.

The main entrance opens up to a dramatic double height foyer and feature staircase providing access to the office space, arranged over five floors with an excellent roof terrace located at fourth floor level
